By using this App services offered by this App, or printing, downloading, or otherwise using any service from this App, or registering or becoming a member of this App, you signify your assent to and agree with these Terms of Services. If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Services, please do not use or register with this App.
Pan Card Service provider MYERETURN (Mobile Application) is a private entity and is not a direct / indirect associate or affiliate of any government body or authority. This App offers information to members who need support in filing application for a New PAN card, Lost or Replacement of Old PAN card or changing or updating the data of the existing PAN card. On receiving the application proper verification will be done and forms will be submitted to the authorities for processing the same further. Periodic Tracking and Feedback will be provided by the support team over phone, SMS and E-mail depending on feasibility.
This App may revise and update its Terms of Services at any time without notice by posting such revised or updated Terms of Services on or at this App. Any changes to these Terms of Services will become effective upon posting such revisions or updates. You are required to periodically check our Terms of Services for any changes, if you continuously use this App. Your continued usage of this App or any of its services will mean that you accept those changes.
You must be 18 years or older to avail the services of The App. By registering for the App service, you represent and warrant that you are 15 years or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Service.
Though we do not liaise or sell our services directly to a minor who has not completed 15 (18) years of age, he/she can however apply for PAN card under the supervision and guidance of guardian who could act as his/her Representative Assesses.
All personal information of the user including but not limited to that of their dependants or guardians as the case may be will be collected, stored and used by The App for the purpose of applying for PAN Services online,
as well as the given information will be used to notify the user of various products and services that will be made available from time to time by PAN Card Service the App or its sister concerns. We will however not disclose user's information (including email address) to third parties unless otherwise requested by the user in writing through e-mail or snail mail except when such information is requested by the appropriate government or law enforcement authorities as required by the law.
If you prefer not to be notified of any release or to receive any product information from the App or its sister concerns, please contact us via email, phone, or mail to make your request to be removed from our email list.
Payment for the services has to be made in advance as per the directions provided by the App. All services will commensurate only on receipt of the full payment and confirmation sent by the company thereof.
This App reserves the right to change fees for their services, subscription and / or membership on reasonable prior notice. Such notice will be appearing on the App by displaying the new / revised charges for membership, services and or products as offered from time to time with or without modifications and on such display it will be presumed to be read by all users whether registered or not and no further notice would be required. The same will apply when any service/s or products that are offered for free currently are made chargeable.
As the Products/service offered by the App are online in nature the App does not refund any fees paid towards the processing of PAN services including new PAN application, change or correction in PAN card data or application for reissue of lost card.
However, in case of duplicate payment by error the App may refund the excess service fees paid by the applicant.
In such event an application in writing should be submitted along with proof of excess payment, Address and Identity within 5 days of submitting the application. Any applications received thereafter shall not be entertained for refund.
This App contains or may contain links to other webApps, including third-party advertising. We want to highlight that we are not responsible or liable for such other webApps or companies or for their Terms of Services. We do not screen or endorse such other webApps. This App expressly disclaims any liability, directly or indirectly, for any damages whatsoever incurred by any user in connection with the use of any webApp or companies, the access to which was found through this App. If you decide to access any such other webApps, you do so entirely at your own risk.

The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Jalgaon, Maharastra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
Attorney's Fees
In the event any party (MYERETURN) shall commence any claims, actions, formal legal action, or arbitration to interpret and/or enforce these Terms Of Services or issues relating thereto, including without limitation claimed breaches of representations and warranties, the prevailing party in any such action or proceeding shall be entitled to recover, in addition to all other available damages or other relief, its reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in connection therewith, including attorney's fees incurred on appeal.
No Assignment
Neither these Terms of Services nor any rights or membership granted to you hereunder may be sold, leased, assigned, shared or otherwise transferred, in whole or in part by you.
If any provision of these Terms of Services shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, or any portion thereof, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of these Terms of Services will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Failure by either party to enforce any provision of these Terms of Services will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. No waiver of one breach shall constitute a waiver of subsequent breaches of the same or of a different nature.
